The League of Public Good must awaken in all classes of society the sense of Public Good; it tends to bring together the goodwill of all countries. The League must also seek with faith and perseverance the brilliant or hidden merit and, if we exalt it publicly, it is because we want it to become an example. By doing so, we believe we serve the public good more effectively, both for France and for the world.
This evening, we will welcome new laureates who will swell the ranks of our distinguished, because they have been deemed worthy of being at their side. The list is long. They have increased the prestige and honor of the Universal League for Public Good in the eyes of the world. We love them in the glory that halos their names. Some names have given the greatest example of abnegation, of dedication, they have shown us the way and the best way to continue their task is not to limit ourselves to honoring them, but to unite all our efforts to ensure that peace is finally definitive, based on the freedom of peoples, on law and justice and the dignity of man.
Thank you for your attention and I leave the floor to our friend Jean-Claude Baudry, General Manager of the League.

But, it is also as a great singer who performs in the USA many times, as well as in Canada, of course in France and especially last year at L’Olympia.
Michel was also champion of France in Basque pelota with bare hands several times and twice world vice-champion in San Sebastien and Montevideo.

Very often, you give voice to charities and you often respond when you are asked for classified ads for local events.
You are very attached to Provence and the attention you pay to it is infectious. By listening to the particularities of the regions crossed, we often want to deviate from the route of the highway to visit the charms of the hinterland. You are an excellent ambassador for associations and for Provence.
For your unconditional help to the Public Good, we are happy to present you with our GOLD medal.
Jean Marc FERT
It is under the sun of the then French department of Algiers, on April 13, 1943, that you will knock vigorously on the door of life, and plant your first roots there.
Until June 1962 you did good secondary studies there. But later events impose a one-way ticket to the metropolis. And it is the city of Pau that will welcome you and at the same time offer you the first opportunity to satisfy your desire for freedom and autonomy. This is how the EDF Thermal Power Plant in Pau after 7 years will have no more secrets for you.
But for the apprentice that you are then, the desire to learn and progress is stronger than anything. With courage, the apprentice who has become a journeyman will resume his studies and chain successes until he obtains an engineering degree, then numerous certifications at the highest level in the hyper-specialized field of petrochemicals.
The Ministry of Industry will confer on you the title of auditor approved by COFRAC (French Accreditation Committee) in the specific field of welding and pressure devices, a highly sensitive discipline of technologies in petroleum techniques.
A master was born, respected by all in this very closed technical environment. It is the SHELL company that offers you for more than 30 years the opportunity to achieve a career and a brilliant career and thus to go through all the stages in order to access the highest technical responsibilities.
I quote and it is obviously limiting:
Production Manager for the Petit Couronne Thermal Power Plant
Maintenance Manager for all trades
Project Engineer for the construction of the Berre steam cracker
Complex project engineer SHELL de Berre where you will juggle with air, ethylene, polyethylene, polypropylene, propane, propylene, all this in a technical environment with high levels of danger.
Already sensitive to safety and security, you will focus your entire career on making every effort to ensure that petrochemical industrial activity, dangerous by definition, becomes exemplary in terms of risk prevention, so that people no longer die of accident at work.
Even though you are retired, this expertise is so strong and recognized that SHELL will entrust you with many trusted missions to participate in the technical shutdowns of group units around the world as an Inspection Expert, and that you will continue to participate in many professional certification commissions.
The professional world does not want to let you go and for 2 years, you continue to spend your time supervising or assisting projects around the world, in Canada, Gabon, Congo, Norway, England. All of this, of course, to the detriment of your friends who lament that they don’t see you more often.
You practice sport, Aikido in particular where you practice as 2nd Dan, will offer you good moments of sharing, but your passion for the great outdoors, the hot and passionate air of Africa, your interest in motor sports, will also offer you many opportunities with young people in training, with disabled children that you will take with you on great raids that will feed their imagination and fill their memory for many years.
In 1995, the Rally of Greece with 15 high school students from Istres who will prepare their vehicle under your supervision
In 1998, you will take 12 children with motor disabilities for 2 weeks in the desert of Tunisia
In 2000, with the Raid de l’Amitié, 15 young disabled people will spend 2 weeks with you in Morocco
In 2001, with the Raid de l’Amaranée, 12 young people with motor disabilities will take advantage of 5 weeks to circumnavigate the Mediterranean via: crossing the Libyan desert, the Pyramids of Egypt, crossing the Red Sea, Jordan, Petra, Syria, Turkey with of course some strong emotions at times: camping by chance on a military field, being attacked by stray dogs, facing aggressive Kalashnikovs, in short enough to give a few cold sweats to these young people, but at the same time give them something to dream about and remember.
The Universal League of Public Good distinguishes those who participate in the national and international influence of public good and social progress. It recognizes those who are committed to the Defense of Human Rights and Respect for Citizens.
It is for all of these qualities and for all the richness of your personal history that the Universal League for Public Good wanted to honor you with its Gold Medal.
Bruno LEBEKE
You were born on February 16, 1963 in Enghien les Bains.
Your father, who worked as a cabinetmaker and varnisher, and your mother, who raised your 3 brothers and your sister, entrusted you with the secret of family happiness that you were able to reproduce in your own family.
After a Bac B in 1982, you very quickly entered working life. At 23, love knocked on your door. This is how you succumbed to the charm and sweetness of Jocelyne who gave you 3 children: Claire, 23 years old – Rémi, 20 years old – and Louis, 14 years old.
It was first of all the DROUOT group which welcomed you in 1982 to make your debut there, just before the Army made you discover the world of Transmissions in Mulhouse.
Then it was at UAP in 1985, which later became AXA, that you pursued your career and discovered all the benefits of going back to school. And it will work well, since you will successively obtain your Professional Insurance Certificate, then a BTS by correspondence and finally in 1998 you arrive major of the promotion of the ENA (National School of Insurance) equivalent to a Bac + 5.
In 1990, you went to Toulouse and the management of Axa appreciated you so much that in 2005, the company’s headquarters offered you a great challenge: that of taking over a firm in very bad shape in Valence d’Agen, for the save, but also to allow you to get started in the Company, yours.
The local clientele discovers in you not only the insurer, but also a true professional who demonstrates experience and profession, but also and above all listening, understanding and often compassion.
When the KLAUS storm, on January 24, 2009, caused so much devastation, including in your region, many inhabitants who were victims of this disaster found themselves completely stripped, ruined, without resources, without a roof, often for stupid administrative reasons. .
To defend these unfortunate victims, you raised your head and faced these multinational insurance companies, confronting them with conviction, talent and vigor, so that, with a little more compassion, these companies depart from the psychorigidity of their administrative principles and participate honorably in the compensation of their damage, so that these families can at least start life with a minimum and thus escape misery. It’s so rare to see this, that it had to be.
As you still have free time, this is no doubt also why you have started the foundations of a second chance school, to enable many to acquire the knowledge and behavior necessary to gain autonomy and regain their self-confidence.
Despite this busy family and professional activity, you also find the time to dedicate yourself to others, always on a voluntary basis, through a choir, and a music school that you manage brilliantly.
You respond to all requests for charitable actions that are proposed to you.
The fuel of your motivation is the smile of others, it is the happiness of sharing, it is the feeling of being useful. The Universal League of Public Good is pleased to award you its Gold Medal.
Patrick BEZIER
In 1980, with a License in Public Law from the University of Paris II Assas, a diploma from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques (Public Service) and a DEA in Electoral Sociology, you began your career in human resources, as regulation of radio personnel in france. At the same time, you take on responsibilities in social action and human resources in entertainment and the audiovisual sector, as administrator of supplementary pension funds for performing arts, vice-president of the entertainment leave fund, and representative of private audiovisual within the joint committee of the assedic cinema show; you also participate in the development of the audiovisual addendum to the national convention of work for journalists.
In 1987, you became Director of Personnel at La Cinq. The experience acquired during this early and brilliant career brings you remarkable expertise in the field of the protection of the entertainment and audiovisual professions. Expertise recognized by all, since in March 1988, you were mandated at the national level, by employers and unions of entertainment and audiovisual communication employers, to modify the collective agreement of CANRAS (pension fund for artists in show). Here again, you impose yourself as an interlocutor, dedicated and concerned about the protection of these professions.
In 1988, you became Administrative and Human Resources Director of Radio Monte-Carlo, a position you held for two years, before returning to La Cinq as Human Resources Director. In 1991, you became General Delegate of the National Association of Personnel Managers and Executives, and editor of the monthly magazine Personnel. At the same time, you assume the functions of secretary general of the National Commission for the card of professional journalists. In 1998 you became Director General of the Special Institutions Group for the Show, and member of the steering committee of the National Federation of Specialized Information Press, then in 2000 administrator of the social press union
In 2003, on the strength of this exemplary career, which made you recognized, as an expert in human relations, by the entertainment and audiovisual professions, whose challenges you mastered better than anyone; you become managing director of Groupe Audiens, a social protection group for audiovisual, communication, the press and entertainment, which does admirable work in favor of employees in the entertainment and audiovisual professions. Because these dream professions are demanding professions, with constraints specific to artistic and audiovisual creation, which live to the rhythms of the press and communication, professions which sometimes subject those who are there, for passion, through hard work and talent, unexpected breakups, chaotic journeys, difficult times, which you have to face and know how to support.
Your unequaled knowledge of the press and entertainment sectors is a valuable source of expertise, useful in your action in favor of the employment of artists and technicians in the performing arts, cinema and audiovisual industries. Your participation in the national council for performing arts professions and in the working group of the transitional fund committee, with the social partners, has demonstrated your commitment to this fight. Your unfailing dedication, as well as your precious skills, make you an essential partner in the defense of the rights of these professions which contribute to the dynamism of French culture, to the influence of its heritage, to the vitality of its creation, such as to the diversity of its media. By ensuring the health and future of entertainment and audiovisual professionals, you are, alongside the state, social partners and the main leaders of the sector, a faithful and fervent servant of this public good. , of this common good that we share: culture.
And finally, you were re-elected this year, unanimously for three years, to the Presidency of the Club Audiovisuel de Paris, of which I am one of your loyal administrators, who every year presents the Senate with the Lauriers Gold Award for Radio and Television. Dear Patrick Bézier, on behalf of La Ligue Universelle du Bien Public, for your exceptional career in the service of French creation, we are very happy to distinguish you this evening with our Gold Medal.
Robert KISS
It was in Paris, on December 9, 1952, that he uttered his first cry.
The baby is the fruit of the bubbling blood of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and the artistic sensibility of its mother.
At 5 years old, he will lose his mother. Destiny will change for the first time and impose its rhythm of trials, sufferings, humiliations that could have inspired Victor Hugo or Zola. Stays in an orphanage then in a host family, from one school to another will follow one another. It’s hard when parental authority has given way to the harshness of tutoring. And for 8 years, it will only be work in the fields.
So it will be at 14 years old the apprenticeship in a charcuterie, and like well-born souls, value does not wait for the number of years, Robert will obtain his CAP in 2 years instead of 3.
He will even finish 3rd and the youngest of his promotion for a specialization carried out at the Chamber of Commerce of Paris.
Against all logic, at a very young age, he meets all the conditions for success: professional qualification, financial independence, autonomy.
It is not in the kitchens that he will perform his military service, but as a commando in the parachute marine troops.
His good fairy will take on the features of a policeman who will praise the merits of the Institution. Received 6th out of 13 trainees, a vocation was born.
Even if the first assignments in the northern districts of Marseille will prove to be discouraging for many, he will hold on and even draw from the ordeal the energy necessary to resume his studies. In 1977, he completed the work of the Judicial Police Officer OPJ program, which he obtained in 1980 ranked 81st out of 1800 candidates.
An assignment to the Surveillance and Intervention Platoon (PSIG) in Grasse will allow him to acquire new experience in the field and to approach investigation and research techniques.
At 29, he is Chief of the Gendarmerie. The career continues and in 1982, his good fairy will this time take on the features of a young captain commanding the company of Bobigny,
The magistrates of the Court of Bobigny will appreciate more and more this young policeman who does his job so well.
In 1996, with the rank of Warrant Officer, he joined Loïc DROLLEE in Fontainebleau for a new research unit.
Then from 1997 to 2002, he participated with the OPPBTP in training and awareness-raising actions in terms of risk prevention which naturally led him to be assigned to the CNFPJ (National Training Center for Judicial Police Officers) as a trainer in particular areas of financial crime and illegal work.
General Philippot, Head of the Historical Service of the Gendarmerie will entrust you with a mission of historical investigation which you have carried out successfully since it will allow the recognition of units of Combatants of the Gendarmerie, the status allowing all its members to receive the Combatant’s Cross and the title of Recognition of the Nation. This will be the last mission in the Gendarmerie.
For a man with such established professional values and such a full address book, the path to retraining was clear as a consultant in risk prevention and risk management in the construction world.
This is how your SARL FORMA ROK was born and thrives today with large companies such as SNCF, NORISKO, EDF, and many others.
Congratulations, distinctions, medals (including the Military Medal and the National Defense Medal), you have received.
But today, all your friends like to recognize all your qualities and join forces with the Universal League for Public Good to award you its distinction, the Gold Medal.
Loïc DROLLEE
It was in Dinan, in Brittany, that Loïc DROLLEE emerged from the mists nourished by Celtic legends on August 5, 1953. He inaugurated a new arrangement of military service by joining the National Gendarmerie where he remained for 35 years.
From military service to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, the path and responsibilities will increase, because for you, learning and sharing go hand in hand with responsibility and friendship.
After having brilliantly completed the school for non-commissioned officers, you will work hard to pass the Judicial Police Officer examination, then a DEUG in law, and without ceasing to learn an engineering diploma in business security at IERSE in Paris, then a master 2 Pro in Global Risk and Crisis Management at the Sorbonne.
No wonder then that the Gendarmerie entrusts you with great responsibilities through different commands.
From 1986 to 1991, you were welcomed by General Guy DEPARDON at the Republican Guard who entrusted you with the command of the presidential motorcyclist escort.
Presidents MITTERRAND and CHIRAC will be escorted by you, but also GORBATCHEV, King FAAD of Arabia, MOUBARAK and many others.
As it is also in sport that you draw your energy, you will at the same time lead the acrobatics squad of the Republican Guard which will perform in France and elsewhere in front of a large audience and often high personalities.
Then from 1991 to 1995, you took command of the Departmental Gendarmerie of Seine Saint Denis.
Your need to learn is so strong at home that the General Directorate of the National Gendarmerie will entrust you with the management of training at the National Center for Judicial Police.
This is where you design all the programs intended to modernize and professionalize the actions of the Judicial Police, in particular in new areas such as the protection of the environment, economic, financial and computer crime, by optimizing the use of the Technical and Scientific Police.
Then from 1998 to 2000, you represented the Institution at the Ministry of Employment and Solidarity where you discovered both the political side, the national and international implications of certain malfunctions likely to affect the national economy. and job protection.
From employment to reuse there is only one step. This is how in 2000, you were entrusted with the management of the Professional Retraining Office.
Modernization of the armies obliges, the Institution takes care of its soldiers by accompanying them in their project of reconversion.
The success is such that a General will then tell you without humor that the concern of the Gendarmerie is recruitment and that your successful action contributes to favoring the departure of gendarmes whom he prefers to keep. He will put an end to your mission without thinking of entrusting you with that of recruiting. Yet you could have excelled just as much.
The LA POSTE Group, inspired by Gilles MAINDRAULT, then Director of Risks, will even create, to both respond to an urgency of real needs and correspond to the stature of the candidate, a new position, that of Head of Safety Risk Management Quality Security attached to the General Management.
In less than 4 years, Loïc DROLLEE will mobilize his experience and his personal potential to set up a real Security policy which will allow LA POSTE to quickly comply with expectations in terms of international approval and thus to receive, in 2010, the fruit of this work in the form of an International Certification (International Post Corporation).
A sporting life, strewn with devotion to the youngest and favorites that will even lead you for 17 years to participate voluntarily in the Course du Cœur under the aegis of Professor CABROL for the benefit of organ donations.
You are already a Chevalier under the Legion of Honor, and the National Order of Merit and Youth and Sports.
You were missing a distinction. There she is. The Universal League of Public Good, for all your qualities is therefore honored to give you its diploma and its gold medal.
